What is CHOP?

Cheyenne Homebuyer's Opportunity Program (CHOP) is a partnership between the Cheyenne Lenders & Housing and Community Development Office. Investing in low to moderate-income individuals and their families to provide an opportunity to purchase affordable housing.


Do I qualify?
Interested persons should contact their local lenders to begin the "paperwork" to qualify for the program. When you have pre-qualified have your lender submit your documentation to the Housing & Community Development Office. Applicants will then contact a realtor and begin shopping for their future home.
