Water Conservation
Cheyenne's water system crosses three mountain ranges.
Our water travels too far to be wasted by ending up in a gutter or lost through a leak.
Put Cheyenne's water to good use and save on your water bill. Here's how...
- Follow the watering schedule.
- Keep your irrigation system out of the gutter.
- Repair leaks.
- Replace toilets, faucets, shower heads, washing machines and dish washing machines with water efficient models.
- Add water efficient features to your landscape.
- Use less water by taking shorter showers, running full loads in the dishwasher or clotheswasher, and by not letting water run from faucets or hoses when not in use.
