Update to the Rules of Practice

The Cheyenne Historic Preservation Board has adopted their updated Rules of Practice.

In general, the Rules of Practice were amended to clarify such things as vacancies, meeting dates and times, officers' responsibilities, and electronic communication; and in general, to match and better align with City Code. Previous Chapters 8 and 9 were combined to make one complete chapter regarding designation of national and local historic buildings, districts, sites, structures, and objects.

Capitol North Historic District Expansion

This project has been awarded to Terracon Consulting. They have done the preliminary survey work and are now in the research phase. Strategic Plan
The Board will be meeting on Saturday, February 3rd, from 8 am to 12 noon to meet and update the working strategic plan for 2018. This meeting will be held at the Depot Building in the 2nd Floor Conference Room. This meeting is open to the public.
